I’ve been helping people in the Minneapolis area achieve their health and fitness goals since 1997 and I’d love to help you achieve yours, too! 

I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. To get the best results, my fitness programs include strength training, aerobic conditioning, mobility, balance, and recovery. 

Even the best designed fitness program isn’t effective without proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, good sleep, and stress management, so we address that as well.

It is estimated that approximately 80% of chronic diseases in the United States are caused by poor lifestyle choices. Our current health care system reacts to this by managing symptoms with prescription drugs – often for the remainder of a person’s life –  without ever fixing the root cause of the problem. I would rather put more effort into preventing the illnesses from occurring in the first place. I believe that real health care reform begins in the kitchen and the gym. If disease is caused by poor lifestyle choices, then people can feel empowered – because it means they have a lot of control over their health outcomes. I take a holistic approach that includes addressing stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy eating habits,  increased physical activity and structured exercise.
