Personal Training in Minneapolis

Personal Training is the most effective form of training for most beginners because you have the undivided attention of a fitness professional guiding you through your customized workout. Any exercise technique errors can be corrected right away, which minimizes the chances of injury. Programs can be progressed or regressed immediately as needed, making your progress more time efficient. Online Fitness Coaching

Online Coaching is more cost effective than face-to-face training and is most appropriate for those who have some exercise experience and are comfortable working out on their own. You actually have more support than face-to-face training since you have full-time access to your exercise videos & descriptions via a mobile app and get a full customized exercise program including strength training workouts, flexibility exercises, aerobic conditioning, and recovery strategies right off the bat rather than just a single workout one session at a time. You can do the workouts any time you want rather than having to try to match your schedule with what’s available in your trainer’s schedule. You can also do your workouts anywhere you happen to be, making it a great option for those who travel or have busy schedules. It’s still a customized program designed by an expert coach, making it possible to learn a healthy routine even if you can’t meet with your coach face to face. Available anywhere in the USA.

Weight Loss

The most common reason for someone being overweight is because they eat too much. While fitness is an important part of any healthy lifestyle, you won’t exercise your way out of poor eating behaviors.  Nutrition Coaching is an absolute must for those who are serious about improving their body composition. You will get short daily lessons to help you make lasting lifestyle changes that help you improve your eating habits rather than following a specific diet. It is NOT a meal plan (you need a licensed Nutritionist or Registered Dietician for that), it is NOT a diet, and it is NOT a quick fix. Nutrition coaching is the most effective strategy for lasting weight loss, but also invaluable for anyone wanting to improve their health. Available online anywhere in the USA. Clients who are successful at losing excess body fat pursue a comprehensive program that includes nutrition coaching along with a customized fitness program.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness Assessments give us objective measurements to see where you’re at and what you need in order to achieve the goals that you want. It tells us your strengths and weaknesses and shows your progress as you follow your program.

Post-Rehab Exercise

Post-Rehab Exercise Services are for those who have been discharged from Physical Therapy but aren’t completely back to full function yet. I’ll help you continue your progression from the clinic to the gym until you’re back at full strength.

Sports Performance

Sport Specific Training is for those masters athletes who want to improve performance for a specific sport such as golf, tennis, running, hiking, paddle sports, climbing or mountaineering, biking, etc.
