Meet the Grandmothers of Endurance: Barb (age 76) and her friend and training partner Vicki (age 67) who still run and train for 50 and 100 mile trail runs:
If you’d like to give running a try, you’re not too old to start! Once you’re able to walk for 30 minutes comfortably, it’s just a matter of picking up the pace. Check with your Doctor before starting any new program, especially one with higher intensity activity like running. If you’d like more professional help, give me a call and we’ll get you started!
